Moslem Wedding in Bali is one of the Legal religious weddings, which is conducted by Moslem Minister called “Penghulu”.
After the ceremony the couple will received the marriage certificate from the celebrants called “ Buku Nikah “ that issued by Moslem Courts called “ KUA” (Kantor Urusan Agama) which is already legalized by the government and this certificate will be legal in Indonesia and in other country too after translated to the couple’s language at their representative Consulate within Indonesia.

- Administration fee to the Embassy / Consulate (for overseas who will apply the CNI – letter of no impediment to marry in Indonesia
- Legalization the certificate of Marriage to the Embassy, Ministry of Foreign Affair and Ministry of Law and Human Right of Indonesia (if any)
- Delivery service fee (if the document not done yet before leaving)

PREPARING DOCUMENTS
For Indonesian
- Both parties prepare separate colour photo: 4 pcs size 2x3 cm and 4 pcs size 3x4 cm with blue background
- Original and photocopies of valid identification documents for both the bride and groom, such as KTP (Indonesian ID card) or passport.
- Birth Certificate Copy
- A Certificate of Islam or "Bukti Bebas Perkawinan" from the KUA, which confirms that both parties are single and eligible for marriage under Islamic law.
For Foreigners
- Both parties prepare separate colour photo: 4 pcs size 2x3 cm and 4 pcs size 3x4 cm with blue background
- CNI (Certificate / Letter of No Impediment to married in Indonesia)
- Original and photocopy of your passport.
- Birth certificate.
- Certificate of No Impediment (if required by your embassy).
- Certificate of Islam or "Bukti Bebas Perkawinan" from the local KUA, which confirms that you are single and eligible for marriage under Islamic law.
- Additional documents as required by your embassy, such as a Certificate of Residence or a Certificate of Customary Law if applicable.
